Dr. Marc Melser

I was a resident in Urology during a time when the transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) was a mainstay of a Urologist's surgical caseload. I liked the operation; found it challenging and dedicated my career to performing the best TURP I could. I have seen many benign prostatic hyperplasia operations come and go since I started private practice in 1990. After seeing Aquablation therapy performed by an experienced urologist, I knew this procedure will be different and durable. A channel is created in a shorter period time than a TURP. I am happy to now offer this exciting operation to my patients. I am a urologist in a smaller community on the West Coast of Florida. I remain fully active in practice. I want to establish our hospital as a center for BPH care now that we have the Hydros Robot.
