Mr Sonpreet Rai is a leading Consultant Urologist and Robotic Surgeon with a specialist interest in the diagnosis and treatment of benign prostate enlargement (BPH), as well as urological cancers affecting the kidney, bladder, and prostate. He is committed to delivering clear, compassionate, and tailored care for every patient, with an emphasis on the latest, evidence-based treatments. Mr Rai was instrumental in launching the Aquablation service at The Princess Grace Hospital (PGH) in London, making it one of the first centres in the UK to offer this innovative therapy. As one of the first Urologists to offer Aquablation at PGH, Mr Rai brings significant experience and expertise to patients seeking a minimally invasive, robotic-assisted solution to relieve urinary symptoms caused by BPH. All Aquablation procedures are performed at The Princess Grace Hospital, a leading private hospital in central London. Consultations with Mr Rai can be arranged remotely via video or in person at his London or Milton Keynes clinics, offering flexible access to expert advice and treatment planning. In addition to his work with Aquablation, Mr Rai provides comprehensive prostate health assessments, including PSA testing and access to advanced MRI diagnostics. He offers a full range of bladder outflow procedures and treats general urological conditions such as vasectomy, kidney stones, foreskin issues, and urinary tract infections. He serves as the Cancer Lead for Urology and holds prestigious qualifications, including a Senior Clinical Fellowship in Robotic Surgery awarded by the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
