Miyad Movassaghi

Dr. Movassaghi has a particular interest in stone disease, robotic-assisted surgery for both benign urologic conditions and genitourinary cancers, minimally invasive surgery treatments for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and prosthetic surgery for erectile dysfunction. Dr. Movassaghi completed his undergraduate studies at Cornell University and went on to obtain a Master’s of Science in Immunology and Infectious Diseases from the University of Maine. Following his graduate studies, he completed medical school at the Frank H. Netter School of Medicine at Quinnipiac University in Connecticut and then went on to complete a Urologic Surgery Residency at Columbia University Irving Medical Center/New York Presbyterian in New York, one of the top ranked urology programs in the country by U.S. News and World Report. Dr. Movassaghi takes pride in providing the most up-to-date, evidence-based medical care with a high level of commitment to improving the quality of life of patients who come through our doors.
