Dr. Patrick McGrael

Dr. John Patrick McGrael is the founder of McGrael Urology, maintaining his primary practice location in Sherman, Texas. He is a respected Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) and holds clinical privileges at esteemed local institutions, including Texoma Medical Center and Sherman Baylor Scott and White Surgical Hospital. Dr. McGrael's education includes an undergraduate degree from Austin College in Sherman, Texas. He earned his Medical Doctor (MD) degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas. His post graduate medical training comprised two years of rigorous general surgery residency at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas followed by the completion of his three years Urology residency at the University of West Virginia School of Medicine in Morgantown, West Virginia. Dr. McGrael's practice encompasses the diagnosis and management of various urological conditions including: Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH)/Enlarged Prostate, Erectile Dysfunction, Urinary Incontinence, Kidney Stones, Urologic Cancers. Demonstrating a commitment to innovative patient care, Dr. McGrael is the sole provider in Grayson County to offer Aquablation therapy for BPH.
