Dr. Nickolas Scherzer

Urologist Nickolas Scherzer, MD, earned his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine. He completed a residency in urology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. Dr. Scherzer is a member of the physician team at Jefferson Regional Urology Associates and the Jefferson Regional Medical Staff. A native of Wisconsin, Dr. Scherzer is happy to practice medicine in Southeast Arkansas and feels it is a great personality fit for him. He likes the welcoming culture and is excited to give back to this tight-knit community. When he is not providing patient care, Dr. Scherzer enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time outdoors with his wife, Marie, and their two children. His idea of a perfect day would involve waking up early to some black coffee, hunting or fishing with his dad or a great friend, then spending the afternoon with his family by the lake. The perfect end to the day would involve smoking chicken wings to enjoy while watching the Green Bay Packers beat the Bears during prime-time!
