Dr. Joshua Caldwell

Dr. Joshua Caldwell is a urologist with years of experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of urologic conditions, with a particular focus on benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Known for his patient-centered approach and dedication to clinical excellence, Dr. Caldwell has become a trusted expert in helping men manage BPH symptoms through both traditional and cutting-edge therapies. With extensive training in multiple treatment modalities—including medical therapy, laser procedures, Aquablation® therapy, TURP, and other minimally invasive surgical techniques—Dr. Caldwell is committed to offering customized care that aligns with each patient’s goals and lifestyle. In Western Nebraska, he is also a leading proponent of Aquablation therapy, an advanced, robotic-assisted treatment that combines the precision of real-time imaging with the power of water to remove prostate tissue with minimal impact on sexual function and continence. Dr. Caldwell was among the first urologists in the region to adopt Aquablation technology and has seen firsthand the difference it can make in the lives of patients who have struggled with longstanding BPH symptoms. He believes strongly in educating patients about all available treatment options and empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
