Dr. Bristol Whiles

Dr. Bristol Whiles is a urologist at The University of Kansas Health System who has specialized expertise in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), complex stone disease, ureteral obstruction and robot-assisted surgery for benign and malignant conditions. In addition, she is an assistant professor of urology at the University of Kansas Medical Center. As a physician who strives to provide a patient-centered care experience, she increases her patients’ knowledge and understanding, which can empower them in the shared decision-making process. This helps to ensure treatment options are tailored to each patient's specific needs and treatment goals. Dr. Whiles completed her medical school and urologic surgery residency training at the University of Kansas. She then went on to complete an Endourological Society Fellowship at the University of Florida. Her focus during training on minimally invasive surgery and endourology prepared her for the expertise her patients require.
