Dr. Pedro Espino-Grosso

Dr. Pedro Espino-Grosso, MD is originally from Havana, Cuba. He is bilingual in Spanish and English. He completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Miami, Florida. He went on to achieve his Medical Degree at Ponce Health Sciences University in Puerto Rico. He then completed a 1-year research fellowship at the University of Florida in Gainesville. He was privileged to complete his Urologic Surgery residency at the University of South Florida in Tampa, where he obtained excellent training at state-of-the-art institutions, such as Moffitt Cancer Center and trained under recognized experts in Urology at Tampa General Hospital. He is a member of the American Urological Association. During his urologic surgery training he gained excellent experience in the management of urologic conditions such as benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), men’s sexual dysfunction and male urinary incontinence. He is well trained in minimally invasive robotic (da Vinci system) and endoscopic surgery. Dr. Espino looks forward to providing compassionate, high quality urologic care to each and every patient of the South Florida community.
