Mr. Leye Ajayi

Mr Leye Ajayi is a Consultant Urological Surgeon and Clinical lead for Urology at Royal Free London. He has a specialist interest in minimally invasive surgery for urinary tract stone disease, in particular Holmium laser technology. He was awarded an MD at University College London for his research into the molecular biology of Prostate cancer. Mr Leye Ajayi offers the most contemporary minimally invasive surgery for benign prostatic enlargement in the form of Aquablation therapy. He is the course director of an international Master classes in complex stone diseases with extensive experience in performing PCNL in supine position. Mr Leye Ajayi is an associate member of the European Association of Urology Section of Endourology (EAU-Endourology) and the European School of Urology (ESU), he teaches and performs live surgery around European and beyond demonstrating the latest state-of-the-art technology in endourology. Mr Leye Ajayi’s international activity ensures he interacts regularly with other key opinion leaders in endourology, thereby ensuring he is always current with the treatment options he offers his patients. Mr Leye Ajayi has functioned as a moderator for the Journal of Endourology podcasts on Stone disease and on the faculty of the SIU, Grand Round- controversies in Urinary Stone Management. Mr Leye Ajayi is a reviewer of manuscripts submitted for peer review publications in the American Journal of Urology and the British Journal of Urology international (BJUi).
