Dr. John Sung

Dr. John M. Sung completed his urologic surgery residency at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. He is currently practicing with the Urology Clinics of North Texas. Dr. Sung earned his M.D. from Texas A&M College of Medicine (Dallas campus) in 2020 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from The University of Texas at Austin, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He previously completed a research fellowship at the University of California Irvine’s Department of Urology and has received multiple national research honors, including the AUA Herbert Brendler Fellowship. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and presented them at national and international urology conferences, with research interests in urologic imaging, endourology, and surgical innovation.
