Dr. Desiree Sanchez

Dr. Sanchez specializes in the use of minimally invasive and robotic surgery to treat common and complex urinary tract conditions and urologic cancers of the kidneys, bladder, prostate and more. Minimally invasive and robotic surgery offer many benefits such as enhanced visibility and range of motion and allow patients to return home faster and with less pain and scarring than traditional, open surgeries. Dr. Sanchez was inspired to become a physician because of a lack of healthcare resources in the small central California town where she grew up. She knew at an early age she wanted to serve her community and help patients with difficult health issues. When not caring for patients, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and staying active in the gym and outdoors. Dr. Sanchez is fluent in English and Spanish.
